Full flavored yet wonderfully mild coffee, this blend has been a customer favorite since we started roasting it in 2000. It has rich, soft flavors, no bitterness, and is pleasing to a wide range of tastes.

A blend of South American and African beans roasted deep for full body balanced with fragrant undertones. A great breakfast or after- dinner coffee.

The flavor is full-bodied and rich, slightly sharp but never bitter. The crema created by extraction for espresso is a richly milky-brown with a naturally sweet taste.

One of our signature blends, Carolina Blue has big, bold flavors, amazing depth, and a rich finish. It was blended to be an after dinner coffee for a high-end restaurant, and over time it has become our most-requested blend. Try it for morning or evening!
